Job Title: Associate Attorney (Remote) – Creditors’ Rights, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Default & Collections
Job Description:
We are partnering with a prominent national law firm specializing in creditors’ rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, default, and collections to identify a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney. This is a fully remote opportunity, enabling you to collaborate with a dynamic legal team while supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal representation in matters related to creditors’ rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, default, and collections.
Manage a high-volume caseload with an emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
Conduct legal research and stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and procedural changes.
Collaborate with clients, firm staff, and external parties to ensure effective case management.
Maintain adherence to firm policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in one or more of the following states:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
2+ years of relevant experience in creditors’ rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, default, or collections law preferred.
Strong analytical, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle a high caseload efficiently.
Experience working remotely or managing cases in multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
