Job Title: Associate Attorney (Remote) – Creditors’ Rights, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Default & Collections

Job Description:

We are partnering with a prominent national law firm specializing in creditors’ rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, default, and collections to identify a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney. This is a fully remote opportunity, enabling you to collaborate with a dynamic legal team while supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal representation in matters related to creditors’ rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, default, and collections.

• Manage a high-volume caseload with an emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.

• Conduct legal research and stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and procedural changes.

• Collaborate with clients, firm staff, and external parties to ensure effective case management.

• Maintain adherence to firm policies and ethical standards.

  Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active bar membership in one or more of the following states:

• Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Washington.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in creditors’ rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, default, or collections law preferred.

• Strong analytical, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle a high caseload efficiently.

• Experience working remotely or managing cases in multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
