Your Role

As the Air Logistics Healthcare Product Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and guidance within the healthcare community, ensuring the continuous improvement and successful implementation of our airfreight healthcare service portfolio. Your expertise will drive the growth of our healthcare business through close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This role offers you the opportunity to lead and innovate within a dynamic and growing sector, making a significant impact on our global healthcare logistics solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Air Logistics Healthcare service portfolio, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.

  • Collaborate closely with national organizations, global teams, and sales to support solution selling, pricing, and value propositions.

  • Participate in and lead customer meetings and events to promote our healthcare logistics solutions.

  • Oversee supplier management and ensure adherence to key market dynamics and regulatory requirements.

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Kuehne+Nagel’s Healthcare product portfolio, including adherence to HealthChain certification.

  • Through high engagement with internal and external stakeholders, support the growth of our Air Logistics Healthcare product

  • Provide consulting and support on healthcare-related topics, including quality, transportation, pricing, and packaging.

  • Develop and maintain training content in collaboration with the global healthcare team, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

  • Drive innovation in IT-supported solutions for visibility, monitoring, and analysis of healthcare logistics.

  • Collaborate with global and national Quality Safety Health Environment teams to ensure continuous compliance with regulations and maintain an 'Audit Ready' state.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (Preferred).

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including virtual teams.

  • 5+ years of experience in Air Logistics, freight forwarding, and the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the International Air Transport Association regulations, and healthcare industry requirements.

  • Proven experience in product management, product development, and solution or consultative selling.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
