-Leads and coaches the organization in its Scrum adoption. -Plans Scrum implementations within the organization. -Helps employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development. -Recommends change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team. -Ensures the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value. -Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed. -Coaches the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
Quals-- This request is for a lead UI developer role (onsite) for the OneUI initiative to spearhed the UI design and development work. The lead UI developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions that align with the strategic goals of the OneUI initiative. Designing, prototyping, and demonstrating new features and components of front-end to users to ensure compliance with requirements Assisting in the design, implementation and optimization of related approaches, tools and workflows. Collaborate with the designers and product managers to ensure that the code that is developed meets their vision. Develop delivery pipelines and automated deployment scripts. Design the solution to meet functional and nonfunctional requirements
Specific Qualifications
Experience with Angular development, Proficiency in TypeScript Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML and CSS.
