Description We are in the search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the Advertising industry based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for managing and tracking outstanding invoices, processing payments, reconciling invoices, and resolving billing and payment issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B collections, ensuring efficient tracking of outstanding invoices.

• Conduct routine processing of payments and reconciliation of invoices.

• Communicate with clients to resolve any billing and payment issues promptly.

• Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating expense reports.

• Utilize your skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, Cash Activity, and Check Processing to maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Ensure all Accounts Receivable processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.

• Assist with maintaining an organized and presentable workspace.

• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze and report on collection data, produce monthly financial reports, and develop budget forecasts. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Experience with billing functions in an advertising context

• Ability to handle and record cash activity accurately and efficiently

• Experience in check processing and related documentation

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• A willingness to continue learning and improving in professional skills.
