Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Atlanta, Georgia. The job function involves dealing with account payables in our company within the industry. The specialist will be tasked with managing customer applications, maintaining proper customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. In addition, the specialist will monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications with precision

• Keep up-to-date customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Handle the matching, batching, and coding of invoices

• Post and reconcile batches to ensure accurate financial records

• Research and resolve any exceptions found in the accounts payable process

• Update and reconcile the sub-ledger to the General Ledger for accurate financial reporting

• Maintain capital lease and monthly payment schedules for financial transparency

• Utilize V-Lookups and Pivot Tables in Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Requirements • Proficient in Account Coding

• Experienced in using Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledgeable in ADP - Financial Services

• Skilled in Concur

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Capable of performing various Accounting Functions

• Expert in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Understanding of Accrual Accounting

• Experienced in Auditing

• Knowledgeable in Automated Clearing House (ACH) systems
