Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following: * Performs and documentsinitialand ongoing assessments of patient's condition. * Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. * Educates and counsels patients and familiesregardingtreatment plans and progress. * Plans and/orassistswith patient discharge from therapy services.
Fully Licensed SLPsOnly: * Supervisesactivities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

Minimum EducationMaster's of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology: □ Preferred X Required
Required Licenses[Tennessee, United States] Speech-language Pathologist Current Speech-Language Pathology License in State of Tennessee:□ Preferred X RequiredORCurrent Provisional Speech-Language Pathology License in State of Tennessee with the expectation to obtain a regular Speech-Language Pathology License in State of Tennessee within 12 months from hire:□ Preferred X Required
