Job Title: Oracle Implementation and Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Implementation and Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting a wide range of Oracle technologies, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Oracle Unified Directory, Oracle Access Manager, and Oracle Identity Governance.

  • Manage and maintain Weblogic, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Unified BPM Suite.

  • Provide support for Service Bus, Oracle Webcenter Content, and Oracle Webcenter Sites (WCS).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Oracle technologies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle systems and applications.

  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Unified Directory, Oracle Access Manager, and Oracle Identity Governance.

  • Experience with Weblogic, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Unified BPM Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • In-depth understanding of Oracle technologies and their implementation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to provide clear and concise documentation and training.
