Implementation Consultant
Preferred Qualifications
Implementation professional who performs high-profile, complex, or very large implementations.
Analyze business needs and provide recommendations on how to program the product hierarchy to address the customer’s specifications. Write custom reports and exports, and make modifications to the solution to meet customer's needs. Assist with end-user training and take the hotel live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Mentor and develop lower level Implementation Consultants. May assist in a presales capacity to help drive sale.
Duties & Responsibilities
Installation and configuration of the Simphony POS System with all modules
Provide application training
Be familiar with and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and procedures
Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reporting
Work with customers to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded
Travel and be away from home
Experience installing/configuring/training POS systems
Knowledge of Food & Beverage/Hospitality management procedures
Desirable
Familiarity with Oracle,SQL and Remote Connectivity Applications
Previous experience in hospitality software products, preferably POS Systems
Basic working knowledge of Networks,PC ’s and troubleshooting installation issues

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to area of focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
