SAS Institute Inc. Fraud & Security Intelligence CxP Lead for South East Europe region in Athens, Greece

This role can be located in any country of South-east Europe region, namely: Turkey, Greece, Romania, Cyprus, Slovenia, Croatia or Serbia

As a Fraud & Security Intelligence Lead, you will be a recognized domain expert with relevant demonstrable credibility and the ability to position, differentiate and articulate the value of SAS services and solutions to prospects and customers. This role requires practical experience and ability to understand and design complex solutions that allow our customers to do deliver a better marketing experience for their consumer base. This is a key leadership role that will work closely with the regional CxP leader, SAS Fraud & Security Intelligence Product Marketing Manager and local SAS Customer Advisory and Sales forces to ensure SAS has an end to end approach to support Fraud & Security Intelligence as a core investment area for SAS globally.

Primaly Role Responsibilities

  • Leading Fraud and Financial Crimes Practice for South East Europe region at cross-industry level.

  • Leading pre-sales activities for Fraud & Fin. Crimes value propositions including responding to RFX documents, customer presentations and demonstrations, workshops, PoV/PoC etc.

  • Collaborating with a team of experts (solution domain specialists, architects, delivery managers) and Account team to successful achievement in sales activities.

  • Assisting in evaluation of territory or account potential, pipeline management and forecasting to identify accounts with high "close" potential, qualifies, and forecasts time frames to close business.

  • Creating and executing Go-To-Market plans for Fraud & Fin. Crimes offerings to ensure a healthy pipeline.

  • Supporting Marketing events - being as a speaker, panellist, content provider.

  • Following, promoting and driving of SAS global/regional Fraud and Financial Crime domain initiatives.

  • Supporting creation of Value propositions by providing relevant input from SEE customer and go-to-market requirements.

  • Maintaining up-to-date fraud domain and emerging trends knowledge, competitive insights, as well as key competitors at client.

  • May participate on client/customer steering committees related to the broader aspects of the program/project being implemented.

What we’re looking for

  • Expert and proven technical background with experience of designing and architecting complex data-driven fraud and security intelligence solutions

  • As a domain expert you will fully understand the architecture and inner workings of a data-driven digital fraud and security intelligence eco-system

  • Capable of developing a vision and then building relationships with new and existing clients to convince them of the practicality and authenticity of the proposition

  • Ability to conceptualize client needs and translate into specific implementation strategies

  • Ability to support sales in the development and execution of sales close plans

  • Excellent problem solving, written, oral and interpersonal skills.

  • Hands-on experience in sales, digital, marketing, business partner relationship development, or technical functions within the technology industry (including related products and services)

  • Relevant University Education

  • Fluent English + one local language from South-East European Region
