Trinity Health Weekend Option Registered Nurse, Emergency Department in Athens, Georgia

Description:

A Registered Professional Nurse who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing & evaluating the care of patients. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of therapeutic patient care, patient advocacy, team dynamics, & hospital systems. Serves as a resource support staff. Requires a high degree of initiative & independent judgment.

Is able to function independently w/ minimal supervision. Is directly responsible to the CTL &/or Charge Nurse in directing & providing patient care.

A: Licensure/Certification/Registration : Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.

B. Education: Graduation from an NLM accredited school of nursing.

C: Experience: One year of recent Registered Nursing experience preferred (within the past five years)

Special Qualifications: Current BCLS, ACLS, TNCC, & ENPC mandatory (required with in 1st year of employment if not certified.)
