Job Summary

Job Summary:

24-7 Life Sciences Manufacturing Site

The Unit Facilities Manager, Business Services I will be responsible for the overall delivery of managed services to the assigned client. They will coordinate and support all activities of the department and will interface with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the Scope of Work at assigned Unit(s)

• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises functions and activities of the department, ensuring adequate staffing across department

• Establishes work standards and work flow

• Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies

• Controls expenses within area of responsibility

• Continuously reviews procedures and implements improvements when applicable

• Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid understanding of facilities management to include: janitorial, mail and AV service delivery while managing demanding clientele

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience (Facilities Management)

• Strong management and organizational skills

• Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner

• Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented

• Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations

• Planning, Organization & System Know-how

• Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, financial, and analytical skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
