Responsible for (Non-Medical), in-home provide for the comfort and general supervision of clients as well as home management services. 1. Provide personal care including, baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen 2 Assist patients with dressing and undressing 3 Provide skin care to prevent breakdown 4 Assist the patient with toileting activities 5 Keep patients living area clean and orderly, as appropriate 6 Assist in feeding the patient, if necessary. 7 Perform range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency). 8 Assist patient in the self-administration of medication. 9 Meet safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.). 10 Report on patients condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse
