Slab Dream Lab Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Athens, Georgia

Job Summary The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for any customer who has questions or an issue with a product or service, assist with orders and returns, and help customers understand Slab Dream Lab products and design options. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Manage online records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and e-file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone number
  • Work with management to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
