Description We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team based in ATHENS, Alabama. In this role, you'll play a key part in our manufacturing industry team, providing support across a range of HR functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work on-site with our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR services, including employee relations and corporate recruiting

• Administer benefits for our team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Calculate bi-monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment for all employees

• Maintain regular communication with team members, providing support and guidance as needed

• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies

• Handle HR administration tasks, maintaining accurate records and data

• Foster a positive workplace culture, comfortable with diverse cultural backgrounds, including Japanese culture

• Use Excel for various HR tasks, such as data entry and report generation

• Provide support in other areas of HR as required, ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations. Requirements

3+ years experience preferred

Degree in HR or related

• Proficiency in Benefit Functions

• Strong Communication skills

• Understanding and adherence to Compliance standards

• Ability to handle Employee Relations

• Experience in bi-Monthly Payroll management

• Proven skills in Corporate Recruiting

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Familiarity with the Manufacturing industry
