Cargill Product Line Manager (Oils & Fats) in Ataşehir, Turkey

Job Purpose and Impact

The Product Line Manager will independently design and implement a comprehensive product marketing cycle, as a subject matter specialist for Edible Oils in Cargill Food Solutions(CFS) META. In this role, you will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.

Key Accountabilities

  • Direct preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates.

  • Compile and evaluate research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.

  • Coordinate program planning with customers to independently identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.

  • Independently plan, organize and coordinate assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.

  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of related work experience (Edible Oils Industry, prior sales experience preferred)

  • Fluent in English (written & verbal)

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply.
