After training and a tailored learning program, as Field Service Team Leader , in our Service organization you will be leading the field service team by ensuring the customer satisfaction and team engagement.
Growth, engagement, and development of your team,
Provide guidance to the team for installation, maintenance, and repair of Videojet products,
Providing guidance to the team for Videojet solution installation, maintenance and repair at customer facilities and carrying out team activities at the expected time,
Determining the team's goals and managing them to achieve additional goals (Usage, First Response Troubleshooting, average Response Time, demand creation, etc.),
Making workforce planning according to equipment status to achieve maximum efficiency and customer operations,
Constantly motivating the team to ensure requests and guidance from the service department and ensuring the motivation of the decisions taken,
Making technical, objectives, process and activity analysis reports (Work Schedules, technical reports, business information),
Visiting the field team at certain periods, ensuring continuity of activities and control of service to customers at visit standards,
Supervise the team to achieve regional service KPI goals (Utilization, FTFR, ART, OTD, lead generation etc),
Support the field team in improving the field service quality within the scope,
Determining business ethics standards and ensuring performance by the team,
To carry out end-to-end management of service services, to ensure timely and accurate entry of service data into the system and to monitor the team, to carry out weekly/monthly system demonstrations,
Maintaining the compliance with Videojet and general Occupational Health and Safety rules,
Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelors / master degree of Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer.
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in people management, field technical services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in English and Turkish, with strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
High level of analytical and database management skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong focus on relationship building, developing and maintaining effective customer relations.
Willingness to travel extensively
