This job is a unique opportunity to:
After training and a tailored learning program, as Field Service Team Leader, in our service organization y ou will be leading the field service team by ensuring the customer satisfaction and team engagement.
Within your role, you will:
Growth, engagement, and development of your team
Provide guidance to the team for installation, maintenance, and repair of Videojet products
Supervise the team to achieve regional service KPI goals (Utilization, FTFR, ART, lead generation etc).
Support the field team in improving the field service quality within the scope
Provide continuous motivation to share and implement the requests and directions of service management with the team
Planning and implementation of service KPIs (Utilization, FTFR, ART etc.) in line with group objectives.
End to end management of service orders
We are looking for a professional who is:
Creative, well-organized, and self-motivated
Flexible – multi-tasking, able to efficiently prioritize time bound tasks
Your education and background experience will include:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Experienced in field service preferably in B2B environment
Experience of managing and leading a team, preferably field based
Proficiency in English and Turkish, with strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications
