This job is a unique opportunity to:

After a 12 week training programme as a Field Service Engineer you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring that our customers always have their production line running successfully is your goal to achieve (‘Up Time’). You are responsible for installing, repairing and servicing the range of Videojet Equipment. With an office based technical support team, the Field Service Engineer is never ‘on their own’.

Within your role, you will:

• Install our Videojet products and solutions on our OEM customers sites.

• Ongoing care of our products for our Videojet OEM customers on their sites.

• Work closely with our OEM Account Managers to support our customers with Videojet projects (trials & demo’s).

• Support OEM Account Managers to position the most efficent technology&product based on customer needs.

• Continuously grow excellent customer relationships and generate customer leads to OEM Team.

• Extend our Videojet footprint in the OEM market through promoting our OEM value-proposition.

• Travelling is required within Turkey with Istanbul as main Focus

We are looking for a professional who is:

• Creative, well-organized, and self-motivated

• Excellent communication skills

• Energy and willingness to learn

• Flexible – multi-tasking, able to efficiently prioritize time bound tasks

• Excellent English Language is a must

• P roduction environments exposure is needed

• IT support experience

Your education and background experience will include:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical Engineering

• Proficient in English is an advantage

• Personal satisfaction from when able to fix a problem for a customer
