You, as Debt Collector, are responsible for collecting receivables within the invoice due dates in line with the company's collection targets as well as introduce improvements in reporting and debt collections. The role will be located in Istanbul Ataşehir with a hybrid format of work.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Regularly call customers and remind them of invoice due dates by following the guidelines of the company's Trust-It collection program to ensure the collection of sales invoices within the granted terms.

• Report daily collections and cash position to the Finance Manager.

• Track overdue receivables, inform the company lawyer in a timely manner. Provide the required information and documents for the legal follow-up process if needed.

• Send customers the required account statements and missing invoice copies and ensure that reconciliations have been done.

• Enter POS collections and bank transfers by customers to ERP system.

• Prepare collection and Accounts receivable reports to support monthly closing process.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University graduate

• 3-7 years of experience in collection and credit management

• Experience working with sales and Service teams

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Fluent in Turkish and Intermediate level of English
