As an Account Manager you will be part of the Videojet sales team, and will be field based. We are a close-knit team, with office-based support and field engineers, so our associates are never ‘on their own’. You will be responsible for building relationships, managing and growing sales within an assigned territory, in a fast paced, multinational and diverse team.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Secure and grow revenue within your region by selling the Videojet product range to existing and new customers.

  • Ability to prioritize and to work on both long term and short term transactional & complex engineering projects.

  • Leading sales activity through KPI’s and using our corporate CRM (SalesForce.com).

  • Ability to discuss the progress of the forecast and the key projects on a weekly and monthly basis within the organization.

Your education and background experience will include:

  • A proven record in Account Management and new business

  • Experience in both long- & short-term projects

  • Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC) would be advantageous

  • Ability to take ownership over a portfolio of GSA customers

  • Proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills

  • Residing on the European side of Istanbul and able to travel 80% of the work time

Ofisten destek veren ekipler ve saha mühendisleri ile sıkı sıkıya bağlı bir ekibiz ve bu nedenle çalışanlarımız asla 'yalnız' değil. Hızlı tempolu, çok uluslu ve çeşitli bir ekip içinde, belirli bir bölgede ilişkiler kurmak, satışları yönetmek ve büyütmekten sorumlu olacaksınız.

Bu rolde, tipik bir gününüz şu şekildedir:

  • Mevcut ve yeni müşterilere Videojet ürün yelpazesini satarak bölgenizden gelir elde etmek ve büyütmek.

  • Hem uzun vadeli hem de kısa vadeli uygulamalı ve karmaşık mühendislik projelerinde önceliklendirme yapmak ve çalışmak

  • KPI'lar aracılığıyla satış faaliyetlerini yönetmek ve kurumsal CRM'mizi (SalesForce.com) kullanmak.

  • Kurum içinde haftalık ve aylık bazda olası projeleri ve mevuttaki ana projeleri ilerletmek

Eğitim ve geçmiş deneyiminiz şunları içerecektir:

  • Müşteri Yönetimi ve yeni iş geliştirmede deneyim

  • Hem uzun hem de kısa vadeli projelerde deneyim

  • CRM bilgisi (tercihen SFDC) bir avantaj olacaktır

  • Global Strateijk Müşterileri anlayabilme ve sahiplenme

  • Güçlü yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerileri

  • İngilizce yeterliliği

  • İstanbul'un Avrupa yakasında ikamet eden ve iş zamanının %80’ininde seyahat edebilen
