Nespresso - Financial Services | Accounts Payable & Receivable Supervisor

Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

Advanced English (speaking and writing) is mandatory for this position.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

As Supervisor Accounts Payable & Receivable, you will be responsible for driving results, monitoring service quality, supporting and developing members of your team, setting the strategies to achieve our business goals and maintaining an effective stakeholder management with out operational partners.

A day in the life of...

'Lead the Accounts Payable & Receivable team to ensure the activities and requests from market are processed accurately and timely according to the service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance indicators (KPI's).

Leverage performance, development and talent processes to build people capabilities.

Drive process improvement using Performance Acceleration methodology to bring innovation and productivity.

Alignment with Market Process Optimizers in order to improve the whole E2E of Accounts Payable & Receivable.

Develop team based on Nestle Leadership Framework

What will make you successful

Advanced in English

Portuguese basic/intermediate (desirable)

Prior experience in Accounts Payable (Posting/Payments) & Receivable (Collection/ Payment Application)

Prior experience in SAP (desirable)

Nessoft (desirable)

Leardership team skills (managing and developing people)

Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills

Graduated in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations or related areas

Understands and motivates diverse individuals and groups

Addresses difficult issues in a timely manner
