Available Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00 Hs. a 16:00 Hs.

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & social media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary

As an Accounts Payable Sr. Analyst you will be in charge of the following:

  • Payment preparation to vendors and other Nestle companies.

  • Respond on Market/Vendors enquires.

  • Daily bank reconciliation together with our Accounting Operations Team.

A day in the life of...

As an Accounts Payable Sr. Analyst your main responsibilities will be:

  • Prepare payment proposal based on different payment calendars

  • Pay vendors using market banking application

  • Perform payments reconciliation – analysis of Vendors Open Items and close them

  • Provide Markets/Vendors with internal/external reports

  • Respond on Market/Vendors enquires

  • Maintain excellent communication with the operational partners

  • Support supervisor with critical activities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and automations

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, business administration, economy or related areas (completed)

  • Intermediate or Advanced English

  • Experience in Accounts Payables practices and activities

  • Good level of MS Excel

  • Familiarity with ERP system
