Record to Report - Intercompany and Fixed Assets | Accounting Analyst

Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

Support with the transition of new services and account reconciliation, as well as providing support to our stakeholders.

A day in the life of...

Support the Process Specialists in transitioning new scopes of work focused on Intercompany and Fixed Assets reconciliation. Provide visibility to accounting managers regarding open items and suggest an action plan. Conduct operational meetings with the team and markets.

What will make you successful

Intermediate Excel.

Intermediate/Advanced English.

Knowledge in Accounting Concepts and Processes.

Experience in Intercompany and Fixed Assets reconciliation.

SAP Knowledge will be a differential.

Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Accounting or related areas.
