Position Summary

The candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in our Sales Administrative daily activities and will report to the Business Unit Financial Co-Pilot.

You will collaborate with internal (sales, controlling, trade marketing) stakeholders on daily basis.

You will support the team for analysis and reports ensuring data accuracy in the system.

You will also support the management of the daily operational activities related to contract management, price list data and other back-office activities.

A day in the life of...

  • Help preparing regular reports and present findings to the team;

  • Support in maintain up-to-date product price lists in the company system;

  • Assist in managing customer contracts, including preparing and filing necessary documentation;

  • Support in ensuring proper filing and organization of company documents and data.

What will make you successful

  • Undergraduates or graduates in Economics, Statistics, or Trade Marketing;

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;

  • Precision and attention to detail;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;

  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment;

  • Result-oriented mindset and customer satisfaction focus;

  • Curiosity and proactivity;

  • Team player;

  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
