Scale Operator Helper Ashtabula, OH Description: - To operate weigh scales in accordance with company policy and procedures and in accordance with customer expectations Desired Skills: -Must be able to communicate, read, comprehend, and interpret written and oral communications in English -Must demonstrate basic math skills with the ability to perform basic math computations -Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail -Must be able to accept direction/supervision and work cooperatively with others -Must be able to interpret directions and or/instructions -Must be able to work with others, take direction from supervisor(s), focus attention on details and follow work rules Requirements: -Background check, drug screen, valid driver's license are conditions of employment Physical Demands: -Must be capable of sitting/standing for extended periods of time -Must be capable of occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; frequently required to to or hear -Must have manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to, computers, telephones, 2-way radios and calculators Compensation and Schedule: -$15-17hr -Monday through Saturday -1st shift -40-60hrs per week -Temporary position with possibility to hire Education: -High School Graduate To Apply: Call 330.372.1069
