JOB REQUIREMENTS: A compassionate and experienced Death Doula joining the NWCC\'s care team, who provides comprehensive support and comfort to patients with terminal cancer diagnoses and their families, ensuring a compassionate and dignified end-of-life experience. A Death Doula, provides holistic support and guidance to terminally ill patients and their families, ensuring a peaceful and dignified transition during the dying process. Requirements: -Proven experience as a Death Doula, in the home, a cancer center, or palliative care setting. Certification or training in end-of-life care, palliative care, or related fields. -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to the emotional and cultural needs of patients and families. -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications: -Additional certifications in coaching, grief companioning, spiritual care, or related disciplines.
