We have an opportunity for a Foundry Maintenance Supervisor to join our Operations leadership team in Ashland, OH. You will be responsible for maintaining building operations by directing and facilitating maintenance functions for our foundry. The Pentair foundry plays a critical role in our business success by manufacturing ductal and grey iron castings that are used in our pump solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting to lead a team of dedicated maintenance professionals with continued opportunity for growth! * This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position that will work on-site Monday - Friday at the foundry in Ashland, OH. * You will: Lead a team responsible for maintaining all major building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic, and other building systems. Assign and prioritize work for assigned department members. Provide project management oversight on process improvements regarding capital projects, monthly expenses, and JDI improvements. Manage and sustain a total maintenance system and program by establishing and maintaining repair and installation policies and procedures. Evaluate and recommend new technology/equipment processes and purchases for cost effective manufacturing. Assist the Environmental, health, and Safety (EHS) Team in maintaining all regulatory compliance with Federal, State, and Local Legal requirements. Key Qualifications: Have earned a high school diploma or GED preferred. Relevant foundry work experience will be considered in lieu of high school diploma. Have 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Have strong working knowledge of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, pneumatics, etc. Strong electro-mechanical ability to support team with troubleshooting issues and repairs on foundry production equipment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead a team of maintenance professionals. Ability to pass a respiratory exam by a medical provider for clearance to wear respiratory PPE in required production areas.
