Job Description: Pentair's Supply & Operations Leadership Development Program (SOLD) is an accelerated program for recent college graduates with proven ability to excel in today's fast-paced world. The anticipatedannualized base pay range for this full-time position working at this location will be from ($52,700 to $97,900). At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factorsin determiningactual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determinedby considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, performance and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Actual compensation may also be adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location. Our Leadership Development Program: The Supply & Operations Leadership Development Program is a three-year program consisting of three, 12-month rotations. The program will begin in June 2025 and give participants exposure to different facets of Supply & Operations through assigned rotations based on business needs and individual career aspirations. Potential roles may include Lean Manufacturing, Automation/Advanced Manufacturing, Materials Management, Group Lead/Operations Management, Supply Analytics, Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, Transformation, Logistics, Quality and Environmental Health and Safety. There are also opportunities to take on additional stretch projects tied to Environmental Social Governance (ESG) efforts. Mobility is expected of our SOLDP participants for each rotation and must be willing to relocate two to three times within the three-year program. Rotation locations typically include any of the following (not an exhaustive list): Moorpark, CA, Sanford, NC, Delavan, WI, Hanover Park, IL, North Aurora, IL, White Bear Lake, MN, Golden Valley, MN, and Ashland, OH.
