The anticipatedannualized base pay range for this full-time position working at this location will be from ($52,700 to $97,900). At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factorsin determiningactual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determinedby considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, performance and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Actual compensation may also be adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location. Our Leadership Development Program: The Sales Leadership Development Program is a two-year program consisting of two, 6-month rotations in Customer Success, Sales Operations or Inside Sales, and one, one year rotation in Outside Field Sales. The consecutive 6-month rotations would take place in one of our office or manufacturing locations, and the 1-year rotation would take place in an assigned U.S. territory. The program will begin in June 2025 and will give participants exposure to different facets of Sales through assigned rotations based on business needs and individual career aspirations. Program participants will develop skills in product/industry knowledge and technical aptitude, selling skills and commercial acumen, customer relationship building, project management, and leadership competencies that can extend to a variety of opportunities even beyond sales. Customer Success Rotation- In this rotation, you will engage with customer service and product support to gain comprehensive understanding of product, service and impact; promoting a customer-centric culture. You will exercise emotional intelligence and communication skills to build trust, rapport and customer obsession. You will interact with customers to identify common issues and pain points to tailor sales pitches to specific problems, understand customer needs and satisfaction levels to guide more strategic sales approaches, and provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to drive continuous improvement, meet market demands and enhance overall business outcomes.
