Review packing slips fromretail warehouse, match packing slips with invoices and enter into POS system,voucher invoices and submit to the corporate office for processing.ESSENTIALFUNCTIONSEntering invoices into POS system, voucher invoices and email voucher batches to the corporate office for processingCode and batch transfers and send to supervisor for review before submitting to corporate office for processingResearches retail vendor statementsProcess condemned product and update report spreadsheet to transmit to corporate officeRetrieves and organizes all retail invoices and transfers any paperwork that is specifically requested by corporateAssist Accounting office with filing and other duties as directed.Performs such other related duties as directed or requiredSKILL ANDKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDEHigh School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent required; secondary education is a plusAt least 1 year of experience in an administrative position requiredAt least 2 years of experience in accounting or related fieldAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationMust be service and safety oriented.Must possess a sense of awareness, timelines, urgency, common sense, and have a very strong attention to detailComputer experience with Windows operating system, MS Office software, and Retail POS system is a plusPhysical and MentalRequirementsLift, carry, and push up to10 lbs. frequently, 20 lbs. occasionallyAbility to sit for long periods up to two hour stretches. Rainier is an iconic point in the Washington landscape. Our associates gain valuable experience here while meeting guests and coworkers from around the world, and in their free time they have a magical world of pristine mountain meadows, majestic waterfalls, peaceful old-growth forests, and much more to explore! Throughout the season we have regularly scheduled activities and day trips with transportation provided for associates, including trips to nearby adventures or cities like Seattle to visit Pike Place or catch a Mariners game! Employees with vehicles are only a short 2 hour trip away from exploring many destinations like Portland and Seattle on their own.Because of our unique location, room and board are provided to associates who do not live in one of our surrounding communities at a very low-cost via payroll deduction. Laundry facilities are provided at each dorm unit at no cost to employees. Employee meals are served in Employee Dining Rooms. We can also accommodate a limited number of RV units. All RV's must be fully self-contained - no camper shells/vans, etc. As a team member in Mt.
