Sr Manufacturing Technician

• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to resolve any issues.

• Document and report on daily production activities to ensure transparency and accuracy.

• Train and mentor junior technicians to build a strong, inclusive team.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing role, with a focus on high-quality output.

• Strong technical skills in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Dedication to strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
