Description

We are in search of a Part Time Office Assistant to join our team in Ashburn, Virginia. This contract employment opportunity which is an immediate start is ideal for those with excellent customer service skills.

The hour are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Off on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Handling communication through phone calls and scheduling appointment

• Filing

• Scanning and photocopying documents as required

• Using MS Office to manage, organize, and update relevant data

• Performing receptionist duties, including managing incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel

• Ensuring the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is in good working condition
