Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on food processing equipment. Duties include mechanical and electrical repairs, breaking down machinery for cleaning, and starting up machinery. You will also use a CMMS system for preventive maintenance and work orders. Limited troubleshooting is required since machines aren't running at night.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on food processing equipment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks using a CMMS system.

• Break down machinery for cleaning and assist with machinery startup.

• Troubleshoot issues with machinery when necessary.

• Work with control voltage (24V) and 3-phase up to 480V systems.

• Utilize blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents for repairs.

Essential Skills

• Experience with pneumatics, power transmission, pulleys, chains, sprockets, drives, motors, and conveyors.

• Familiarity with electrical systems, including control voltage (24V) and 3-phase up to 480V.

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and working in a regulated environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with VFDs, PLCs, and hydraulics.

Work Environment

The facility is a refrigerated food manufacturing plant where adherence to GMPs is required daily. The position is for the 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Employees are provided with gowns, steel-toed boots, and necessary tools, though they have the option to bring their own basic tools. The first day will include orientation and GMP training, typically starting at 8 am or 9 am on Monday morning.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.

I have breakdown of full benefits but here is summary - The cost for single coverage is around $100/ month. Family Coverage is around $250 / Month. No Deductible; $2500 max out of pocket per year for singles, $5000 for families.

401(k) Program

Cuisine Solutions will match $1 for every $3 up to 2% of pay for all eligible

employees after 1 year of service

Paid Time Off
