Zantech is looking for a talented Business Intelligence Management Analyst to support our upcoming work with the Federal Government in Ashburn, VA.

The Business Intelligence Management Analyst will provide Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Support within the DHS. The Analyst shall support CBP's objective to improve data-driven decision making through the effective use of both qualitative and quantitative data. CBP's vision is enhancing the nation's security through innovation, intelligence, collaboration, and trust.

Support includes:

  • Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing

  • Business Process Modernization and Engineering

  • Analytics

  • Network and Systems Infrastructure Services

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis and Planning:

  • Prepare strategic and organizational analyses for program and system requirements.

  • Conduct capabilities gap analysis, metric development, oversight, assessment, and analysis.

Project Management:

  • Identify, track, and perform project tasks and schedules.

  • Monitor and analyze project progress and resolve impediments.

  • Support agile sprint planning and ceremonies to ensure customer priorities are met.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and external stakeholders.

  • Engage stakeholders for testing, task concurrences, and scheduling.

  • Present Change Requests (CRs) to Executive Review Board (ERB), Project Review Board (PRR), and Change Control Board (CCB) for approval.

Change Management:

  • Support Border Patrol project Change Requests and coordinate review/analysis.

  • Manage CRs through the entire PSPD Configuration Management (CM) process and production implementation.

Legal and Security Coordination:

  • Collaborate with CBP and DHS legal departments to draft and follow up on Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).

  • Coordinate Authority to Test (ATTs) and Authority to Operate (ATOs) with PSPD Security teams.

Documentation and Review:

  • Assist in drafting and following up with System Design Reviews (SDRs) within OIT and Border Patrol.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data analytics.

  • Ability to conduct thorough research and provide actionable insights.

  • Experience in project management and agile methodologies.

  • Certified Management Consultant (CMC)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Required Security Clearance:

  • Must pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI), the minimum investigation required.
