The Multi-Property Sales Executive Munich is a confident support for the Regional Sales team and is a buzzy point of contact between customers and hotels.

You will utilize sales research, prospecting client facing techniques, and administrative tasks, to maximize revenue and build customer loyalty.

YOUR ROLE
Build successful relationships that generate sales opportunities
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
Work collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicated.
Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Manage Sales activities
Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and/or close on business.
Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence)
Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response information
Generate and organize sales reports using multiple data systems
Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and Moxy culture.
Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support, as needed.
Use knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue
Identify new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals
Continuously research competitor properties to obtain market and rate intelligence and an understanding of business trends, the competition and their key accounts.
Serve the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution.
Provide exceptional customer service
Support the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Service our customers in order to grow share of the account.
Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

SKILLS
Top Communication ability
A whizz at Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel (got to love those spreadsheets!), Word (the best for proposals!), PowerPoint (your presentations pop!) and Outlook (you use all the tools!).
Strong organizational skills
Fluent English and German speaker
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels either in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk
