This position is contingent upon contract award
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide support for a services contract in Doha, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties
Assist the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in managing day to day operations on the program.
Track critical resources and functions and recommend priorities.
Coordinate activities across the program management office staff in support of the mission.
Communicate significant activities, issues, and new requirements to management and functional supervisors.
Track operational and performance trends.
Prepare reports and contract deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree diploma and 10 years of experience may be substituted.
8 years of experience providing program operations support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
2 years of supervisory experience.
Proficient written and verbal communicator.
Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Work Environment
Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
