Robert Half has partnered with a long-standing large manufacturing firm in North Denver in search of a Senior Financial Analyst. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategies of the company, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis (FP& A), sales analysis, and participation in special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.

• Conduct regular forecasting and variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A):

• Provide insightful analysis on financial performance and trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making.

• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

• Work closely with the sales team to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.

• Lead and contribute to various ad-hoc financial projects.

• Provide financial expertise on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role in a mid to large size company.

• Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools.

• Preferred experience with Power BI, Hyperion, SQL, or similar systems.

• Familiarity with mid to large size ERP systems is a must.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements
