Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to cut and lay tile on the insides of cylindrical grain silos. This role requires experience with tape measures, grout or mastic for tile, and the ability to cut tiles to fit and line large metal containers. Candidates will need to kneel or crawl into these metal structures.

Responsibilities

• Cut and lay tile inside cylindrical grain silos.

• Use tape measures, grout, and mastic for tile installation.

• Cut tiles to fit and line large metal containers.

• Kneel or crawl into metal structures as required.

• Ensure precise and accurate tile installation.

Essential Skills

• Experience with tape measures.

• Knowledge of grout or mastic for tile installation.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Ability to read blueprints.

• Experience with brick laying and general construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in production, assembly, and machine operation.

• Inspection and general labor skills.

• Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled, which means it can be cold or hot. The shift is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday overtime. Candidates must wear steel toe boots.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Arnold, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
