Amentum Technology Transition Strategy Support in Arlington, Virginia

Amentum is seeking a Technology Transition Strategy Support SETA who has working knowledge of and experience developing and implementing a variety of technology strategy solutions and plans for advanced technology programs to the Services. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and within dynamic, fast-paced team environments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize knowledge and prior experience with a variety of technology transition (programs of records, commercial, etc.) to execute job duties

  • Utilize knowledge and prior experience with transition processes and guiding policies, best practices, market research, business case developments and analyses

  • Conduct technology maturation, readiness assessments and technology roadmapping

  • Interface with a wide-range of audiences including internal and external Government and Military leadership and stakeholders across all Services, including through written, verbal, and presented communications.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a BS or BA in technical or management discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience

  • Strong technical background in areas such as engineering, technology development or scientific research

  • Must have an active TS/SCI US Government Clearance. Please note that US Citizenship is required to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Adobe PDF

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience transitioning technologies to the US Military.
