U.S. Marine Corps SUPV MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in Arlington, Virginia

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the NATIONAL PLANS BRANCH of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will review and assess the performance and capabilities of DoD and private laboratories and agencies relating to programs to determine if qualified technical and management personnel are assigned. You will serve as the lead in the development of strategies on exercise design; develops and implements new program offerings and makes final recommendations and modifications needed to enhance USMC policies and procedures. You will analyze and interpret planning-related policies established by higher authority, statutes, etc., as a basis for providing implementing guidance. You will represent the Marine Corps as a liaison officer to the Joint Staff, and Mar For' s for all matters pertaining to national plans and the Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: directing development and providing recommendations for establishment of new policies associated with national plans development and review and/or revision of policy regarding planning initiatives; Analyzes and interprets planning-related policies established by higher authority, statures, as a basis for providing and implementing guidance.
