Siemens Site Project Manager (contingent) in Arlington, Virginia

As the Site Project Manager, you will be the primary customer interface for all on-site activities with the US Government Representatives. You will also be required to take on Site Safety Supervisory and quality control responsibilities as well. You will coordinate with Program Manager, within SGT to ensure all deliverables are submitted on-time, on-budget and at the highest quality. You will work closely with other SGT team members, including Business Development Representatives, Safety Leads Quality Leads and technicians.

As the Site Project Manager, you manage the day-to-day operations will oversee the work of several subcontractors and on-site superintendent and technicians. You will oversee and manage works processes that minimize risk and increase the chance of repeatable success on SGT projects.

Responsibilities:

•Manage Day to Day operations and deliverables

•Manage on-site workforce and subcontractors to deliver high quality services and installations for our US Government Customers.

•Developing and assisting with Producing, reviewing, approving and submitting TDPI,TDPII, TDPIII, TDPIV, TDPV and TDPVI deliverables that include but not limited to the following:

  1. Site survey reports

  2. Technical Detail Matrixes

  3. Manufacturer Data Cut Sheets (MFD)

  4. Software Data

  5. System Description Analysis

  6. Contractors Field Test (CFT) Performance Verification Test (PVT) System Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures

  7. Training manuals & Student Handouts

  8. CFT/PVT/SAT Reports

•Maintain good communications with US Government representatives and escalate any issues to the Program Manager,

•Implement quality and safety plans.

•Coach on site staff on work processes and technical aspects of awarded projects

•Provide Dayli, weekly and Monthly reporting to SGT management and US Government Customers

•Address and resolve CEHNC customer/ client satisfaction, needs, and issues by leading the on-site team activities.

Required Qualifications:

•OSHA 30 Certification

•Must reside in Okinawa, Japan and be willing to travel to various projects site in Mainland Japan

•Minimum five (5) years of technical experience in Facilities related systems.

•Minimum five (5) years of experience working with federal customers.

•Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership, supervisor, or manager role

•Project execution skills, with proven ability co start and complete projects on time, in budget with the right quality.

•Knowledge of and skills performing technical assessments and corrective actions

•Familiarity with the Army Corps of Engineers work process

•Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

•Experience coaching and mentoring employees to increase project success, productivity and results.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Project

•Ability to learn SGT proprietary software tools

•Must be accountable and adaptable, with the ability to handle a frequent changing environment and take responsibility for one’s work

•Excellent decision making, delegation, and negotiation skills

•Ability to maintain and manage strong working relationship with current and prospective clients and within the Siemens organization.

•Must be proactive and the ability to take initiative when needed.

•Ability to think and solve problems on the spot

Security Clearance:

•Must be U.S. citizen and have a DOD secret Clerance.

•The salary range for this position is $107,500.00 to $145,000.00. An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
