Senior Research Analyst, Advisors Research Center

Advisors Research Center is a new capability designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for high-quality research support, with the important mission of value realization in developing insights and recommendations. This capability augments Advisors traditional areas of strength.
Advisors Research Center is a global research team that applies proven, accredited research and domain experience to partner with any client worldwide to help them drive measurable value by:
Designing high impact research solutions and strategies
Executing research and delivering impactful insights to clients
Leveraging research to identify growth opportunities for new products and segments
All About You
Naturally curious about why people think and act the way they do.
Experience designing and executing end-to-end custom research.
Experience conducting In-depth Interviews, Focus Groups and other qualitative methods.
Ability to work cross-functionally with external clients, internal stakeholders and global team members.
Experience translating research findings into strategic insights.
Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources into a cohesive narrative.
Interest in learning quantitative research methodologies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to actively participate as a team member on client calls, internal team meetings and workshops.
Have sufficient and relevant working experience across a range of research projects
Expertise in conducting primary and secondary research
Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required; knowledge of Project Management tools preferred

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
