Amazon Senior Product Manager, Vendor Management, Workforce Solutions - TA Product in Arlington, Virginia

The Talent Acquisition Tech Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The PM will lead product and programs related to TA solutions. This role will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders and own products that align with talent acquisition goals. This individual will engage with related product and program managers, legal, IT security, billing, and leadership teams across Amazon Talent Acquisition (ATA). This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is sensitive to the perspectives of stakeholders and works with them to resolve differences, and can deliver business results under ambiguous circumstances and tight timelines. Key job responsibilities

  1. Work with business leads and technical teams to define major initiatives for third party suppliers of recruiting technology.

  2. Develop annual product roadmap and goals for key relationships to drive strategic initiatives, driving end to end results.

  3. Establish and measure success metrics for suppliers to determine product value to Amazon.

  4. Run periodic requests for quotes / proposals and benchmark costs. Manage new and existing purchasing process with legal and procurement systems.

  5. Manage internal communication for product change management, issues or defects.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
