The Work:
You work with Accenture sales teams to help them shape compelling, client-specific messaging and visual concepts to support their sales proposals.
This involves end to end client and customer experience such as:
Leading and facilitating design thinking sessions with sales teams
Capturing outputs from these sessions for leadership review
Developing creative proposal concepts, messaging, and RFx toolkits
Participating in stage-0 conversations with sales teams to support origination efforts
Developing innovative ways of selling to help differentiate Accenture at orals
Training others globally in ID8 methodology
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes, techniques, and deliverables
Designing and advising the client sales experience end to end, in collaboration with IGD (Interactive Graphic Design), Orals and deal teams
Communicating effectively ideas, facts, concepts, stories, messages, etc. from one person or group to another
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years in sales support, sales innovation, and/or Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Professional services experience (BPO, Consulting)
Experience with MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with collaboration tools (Mural, Menti)
Experience with Win themes and storytelling as it relates to the sales process
Professional Skills
Ability to work at all levels of an organization
Strong presentation and persuasion skills
Experience with international teams
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
