Insight Global Program Manager in Arlington, Virginia

Job Description

-Use your experience in program and project management while leveraging agile principles.

-Develop program management artifacts as needed (project charters, program/project plans, risk management plans, communication plans, business case analysis, and concept of operations).

-Maintain responsibility and establish/maintain standards for these work products.

-Lead and facilitate client meetings and exercises (requirement gathering, prioritization sessions, etc.).

-Manage client delivery expectations and provide situational awareness, bi-directional status, feedback, and project updates to both the customer and the project teams.

-Identify high value needs and develop resource plans on how to implement a solution.

-Assist managing required efforts and resources for successful project implementation and completion.

-Leverage Microsoft and Atlassian solutions (Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, etc.) to manage projects.

-Support the development of briefings, agendas, and other general documentation support as directed, including training material.

-Establish and monitor schedules; identify resource needs and assign individual responsibilities.

-Identify, analyze, and track risks, communicating statuses; escalate concerns when needed.

-Identify and coordinate cross-team dependencies and collaboration.

-Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, develop and deepen long-lasting client relationships.

-Build a knowledge base of each client's business, systems, and objectives.

  • We are able to pay between $130,000 to $175,000 depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years Project Management experience.

-Management of technical projects from inception to deployment.

-Experience with Jira and Confluence or other Agile tools.

-Experience in the full systems engineering life cycle, from initial design/analysis to deployment.

-Project Management, Agile, and/or Cyber

-Certifications (PMP / ACP / CSM / SAFe / CISM). null
