U.S. Marine Corps PROGRAM ANALYST in Arlington, Virginia

Summary You will serve as a RESEARCH INTEGRATION ANALYST in the DIRECTORATE OF ANALYTICS AND PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will perform research and analysis in response to questions or problem sets across traditionally disparate functional areas of the Marine Corps, such as Personnel Security, Marine and Family Programs, Marine Corps recruiting Command etc. You will provide leaders and managers with independent and objective analysis for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of organizational operations and management. You will collect, maintain, store and monitor research products or the surveillance of specific results and conditions related to Marine Corps Directorate of Analytics and Performance Optimization efforts. You will facilitate the dissemination of information to approved end-user and stakeholders. You will analyze, develop, and evaluate the effectiveness of program activities to meet the established goals of Marine Corps Directorate of Analytics and Performance Optimization. You will advise on the distribution of work, projects and studies among positions and organizations across the USMC and external services, and the appropriate staffing levels and skill mixes. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in research related to behavior, social systems, health, or performance; with demonstrated ability to clearly communicate findings and provide evidence informed recommendations to leadership.
