Job Description

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects.

• Ensure that all MEP designs and installations comply with the relevant codes and regulations.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and efficiency.

• Manage budgets, project resources, and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related communications with stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any MEP issues that arise during construction.

• Maintain detailed documentation of all MEP project activities and decisions.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, architecture or construction

5-10 years of experience working within construction

• Proven experience in MEP systems within the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.

• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

• Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD and project management tools. - PE or EIT
