Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Master HVAC Technician with a current Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer. This is a remote position with long-term and short assignments OCONUS. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
shall possess skill and ability for interpreting technical manuals, instructions, blueprints, sketches and diagrams for the maintenance, repair and installation of HVAC equipment and components.
Using a variety of diagnostic tools, methods, and techniques for troubleshooting HVAC systems. Inspecting buildings and identifying maintenance and repair problems. Interpreting and applying technical standards and procedures, state rules and regulations.
Testing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment and systems.
Promoting and enforcing safe work practices.
Operating a personal computer utilizing standard and specialized software.
Techniques for handling, use and storage of chemicals, including OSHA Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for hazardous chemicals used in the workplace.
Safety rules and regulations, occupational hazards, and safety precautions in public facilities.
Requirements:
Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
Should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience.
A valid Master HVAC license issued by any municipality in the United States or its territories.
Working Environment & Conditions
OCONUS Travel and must be present on-site during the construction.
