We're looking for an experienced marketer to join our team to lead product positioning, demand generation and lead marketing. You will report to C-level product leadership and will manage a team of marketers while also producing high quality work. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys creatively evangelizing social impact through storytelling and emotional connection.
Refine, oversee, and execute an account based marketing strategy to support our growth goals, including customer acquisition, marketing operations, content, events, social media, company website and demand generation
Leverage analytics and insights to adjust marketing tactics to drive desirable outcomes fast
Create a process for telling success stories and highlighting the social impact work that we do
Align closely with product and sales teams to understand our clients needs, refine go-to-market strategies and create a communication and collateral that echoes the company brand for clients
Lead product marketing to ensure alignment on all new product feature announcements, launches, and sales/marketing collateral
Motivate, mentor, and develop a dynamic and passionate team
Lead the team in annual and quarterly planning, owning the budget, and reporting on performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth
Proven experience in both B2C and B2B customer acquisition
Previous success in marketing a young brand
Demonstrable success in account-based marketing and demand generation
Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Expert in viral mechanics and referrals
Expert in SEO and organic search
Expert with PPC and other paid tactics (e.g. Google Adwords, etc.)
Expert in content marketing and content magnets
Expert in landing page and conversion rate optimization tactics
Data-driven mindset and practitioner of the build -> measure -> learn -> repeat approach
Excellent leadership and organizing skills
Analytical and creative thinking
Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about learning new techniques and best practices
BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
