The contractor shall review the two types of grant application types - Capital Construction and Community Planning - to determine if they are eligible for the grant award. The contractor shall review for consistency vital application information such as application title, lead applicant name (for example, making sure that it is not a human name, ideally it would be an organization) and review each application project description for proper grammar (contractor shall flag any illegible or incomplete descriptions, for example if it is just one sentence). The contractor shall pull together, format, and organize a master tracking spreadsheet of all applications. This spreadsheet shall be pulled together using a series of reports produced by Valid Eval (application and intake system) and Volpe will provide a blank spreadsheet with defined columns asking for application information that the contractor can use to create the final spreadsheet.
